Introduction of coal mill:

Coal mill is an important auxiliary grinding mill equipment for coal-powder furnace, and the coal mill has three methods to crush the coal lump and grind them into powder, like crushing, impacting and grinding. The coal is feed into the coal mill through a central inlet pipe where gravity is used to lead the coal to the bottom of the mill, where the grinding table and some heavy rollers pulverizes the coal to particles.

Coal mill  is also called coal pulverzier or coal powder mill  which is  an efficient tool for grinding coals into fine powder ,it is applied  in coal mining industry, such as vertical coal mill. And in general, vertical mill includes mineral series and coal series. The first series mills  can be widely used in  making cement,metallurgy,  power,  chemical and ore industries. And the vertical coal mill  is also called coal grinder,it  is the most  commonly used machine for coal grinding.

 In some cases, coal mill is not just one grinder mill, it also  includes  some optional equipment such as vibrating feeder, vibrating screen, belt conveyors and other equipments to finish the coal milling process. So, coal mill is also used widely in many industries besides coal mining.  Coal millis  can be  divided  into coarse power coal mill and fine coal mill.

Compared with the ordinary ball mill, it has advantages of higher capacity, more convenient operation, safer usage, and more reliable performance.This coal mill can reach your demand for grinding coal into flavour. The primary air flow to the furnace is fed through the mill, with the purpose of heating and lift the coal particles out of the mill and into the furnace. If the the particles are too heavy they will drop to the bottom of the mill and will be pulverized once more. The coal particles are heated to 100 degrees Celsius. The temperature of the primary air flow is manipulated for controlling this temperature measured as a temperature in the mill at the exit. The primary air temperature is controlled by controlling the position of an air mixer,which mixes heated outside air and cold outside air.
